We had two significant challenges while assisting MCR. They are well famous for their Dhotis but they also offer other products the consumer was unaware of, such as shirts, innerwear, etc. Our main agenda is educating the client regarding all these varieties of products MCR has in-house. And as the second phase, the client wanted to increase the website traffic, and in the third phase, the client desired to see a growth in footfall. We studied the market to understand why these issues matter to the brand, and we realised that consumers lack proper awareness.
Achieving performance consistently and steady growth in sales is never an easy task. That’s the part we are engrossed in. And what products does the brand have? Once the public became attentive to the varied range of products, we started to implement our campaign thoughts. We focused on social media by sharing one post each for a consecutive period. And gradually, the engagement rate got increased.
MCR is well known for the quality of the Dhoti they serve, but that’s not the only product they have. From day one, we focus on improving how familiar the target audience should be and how well we should educate them regarding the brand. So, we maintain a brand manner; we have run some result-giving campaigns on their social media pages, increasing the rate of footfall and Digital sales.
